Intake for Day 12 of my 100 day clean eating challenge!
-Breakfast-
- Yogurt with Blackberries
- Pineapple Juice
-Lunch-
- Tofu, broccoli & tomato miso soup
-Dinner-
- Broccoli, Tomato & huge green leafy vegetable I don't know the name of and parted the leafs from the sticks, as you can see! That all, topped with tablespoons and tablespoons of organic yogurt, because I'm a yogurt fanatic! haha
-Snacks-
- Rosehip tea
- Blackberries! Yum.
Scrambled tofu & egg white.
THE protein bomb!
-Exercise-
Nope! : O But going to the gym tomorrow with my mom, yaaaay!
